Penny Figgis

My main interest is in the landscape from which I use drawing and photography as a source to create a starting point. I do not aim to produce a typographical representation but to allow the picture to evolve until it has a life of its own. It is very important to me to have experienced the ‘place’ but equally important is the free development of the image.
